摘要
介绍逆向工程技术在塑料油壶设计制造中的应用。对塑料油壶样件先进行激光三维数据采集,以采集的数据为基础采用三维CAD/CAM进行模型的三维重建和再设计,并自动生成数控加工程序,再由加工中心加工出吹塑模具。采用聚乙烯吹塑生产出油壶,产品外观和质量较好。
The application of reverse engineering techniques in the design and manufacture of plastic engine oil pot is presented. The 3D data of oil pot model are collected by laser scanning. The model is reconstructed and redesigned by 3D CAD/CAM according to the data, and the NC program is brought out automatically. Then the blow mould is produced by the machining center. Finally the polyethylene oil pot is produced by blow molding. The product has good appearance and quality.
