摘要
目的探索师范生心理健康水平与自我接纳和应对方式的关系.方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和特质应对问卷(TCSQ)对181名新入学的师范生进行调查分析.结果 SCL-90总分和各因子分与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.2579~0.5290,P <0.01),SCL-90总分和强迫、人际关系、忧郁因子与自我接纳、自我评价、积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.2156~0.3678,P <0.05或P <0.01).结论低自我接纳和消极应对方式是影响个体心理健康重要因素.
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of the psychological health sates to self-acceptance and coping style.Methods181 students in teachers school were investigated with the symptom check list.(SCL-90),self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)and trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ).Results The total scores and all sub-scale score in SCL-90 are significantly positive related to negative coping(NC)(r=0.2579~0.5290, P<0.01).The total scores and the factor scores of compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and depression in the SCL-90 are negative or significantly negative related to self-acceptance(SA)and self-evaluation(SE)and positive coping(PC)(r=-0.2156~0.3678,P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionLower self-acceptance and negative coping style are some psychological factors that the psychological health of students in teachers school been caused.
