摘要
设计失效模式与后果分析(DFMEA)是一个有效的预防性分析工具,通过分析产品设计要素的物理失效模式、后 果及原因,找到相应的改进措施,从而避免实际失效发生。运用DFMEA,以活塞环为分析对象,成功解决实际开发中遇 到的早期机油异常消耗的问题,并对我国汽车、摩托车企业中应用FMEA提出一些建议。
Design failure mode and effects analysis is an analytic tool which is powerful in preventing failures.In order to avoid the occurrence of failures,this analytic approach firstly identifies the physical failure mode,failure effects and root cause of the key elements of products designs,then develops recommendations to enhance the system performance.The methodology described has been applied to the piston rings of motorcycle engines and has successfully solved the problem of lubricant wastage.Besides,also presents several recommendations of the application of FMEA in Chinese automobile and motorcycle enterprises.
