摘要
为探讨刺五加注射液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的影响。将 2 1只新西兰白兔随机分为假手术组 (A组 )、空白对照组 (B组 )、实验组 (C组 ) ,除A组外结扎左髂总动脉建立左后肢缺血模型 ,并于缺血 2 .5小时末让其再灌注。分别于缺血前、缺血 2 .5小时、再灌注 1小时末 (A组于对应时间 )静脉穿刺抽血 ,检测血清CK、LDH、SOD、MDA的变化 ,各时间段切取左小腿腓肠肌固定后作H E染色光镜观察和透射电镜观察。结果显示刺五加注射液能使肢体缺血再灌注的家兔血清CK、LDH、MDA值较空白对照组明显降低、SOD值较空白对照组明显升高 ,能使缺血再灌注的兔左小腿腓肠肌的病理改变明显减轻。表明刺五加注射液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
In order to explore the effect of Acathopanax injection (AI) on ischemic limb reperfusion injury (ILRI), 21 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: Group A, Groups B and Group C. They were taken as the sham-operative, the blank control and the experimental, respectively. Except Group A, Group B and Group C were made into left-behind-limb ischemic models by the left common iliac artery ligature and reperfused at the end of 2.5-hour ischemia. The venous blood of the three groups was sampled; the changes of CK, LDH, SOD and MDA were assayed; and the left-leg gastrocnemius muscles were taken, fixed, HE-stained and observed by light and transmission electronic microscope before ischemia and at the end of 2.5-hour ischemia and one-hour reperfusion (Group A received the same operations at the corresponding time). The results showed that compared with the blank control group, AI could significantly decrease the CK, LDH and MDA and significantly increase SOD in ILRI rabbits and significantly abate the pathological changes of the gastrocnemius muscles, suggesting that AI has a protective effect on ILRI.
