摘要
运用相似原理 ,采用模拟放大方法 ,科学地确定了浮选机主要结构参数和动力学参数 ,研制成功了振荡分离高选择性浮选机。对典型高灰难浮煤泥的工业性试验表明 ,在相同尾煤灰分下 ,浮精灰分比原来使用的XJM -S8型浮选机降低 1 4 2 % ,浮选完善指标提高了 4 14 %。
With a simulation principle and simulation enlarged method, the paper scientifically selected the main structural parameters and dynamic parameters of the floatation machine. A vibration separating high selective floatation machine was successfully developed. A industrial trial on the typical high ash content difficult floated slime showed that with the same ash content of the slime, the ash content of the floated clean slime is 1.42 % lower than the ash content with the XJM-S8 floatation machine. The improved floatation index was increased by 4.14 %.
