摘要 综述了交易成本经济学、资源依赖理论、战略选择、利益相关者理论、组织学习和新制度理论六大领域关于组织间关系的研究,探讨了组织间关系的形成动因。提出了一个概念框架,为企业参与组织间关系提供决策依据。
