摘要
现代企业理论视企业为经济组织,本质上是人的集合体,表现为企业内外成员之间的博弈关系,即围绕产权对财产控制,而反映人与人之间的相互关系。企业组织和企业制度的运行载体及执行主体最终表现为组织成员,人是有人格的,因而企业也应该是有人格的,即人格化的企业。主流经济学理论没有将社会学、心理学的概念和逻辑引入到分析中来,其企业理论是非人格化的。随着新制度经济学和其他非主流经济理论的进一步发展,企业人格化理论也得到充分发展。国有企业改革起点是解决企业人格化问题,终点仍然是人格化企业问题。
Modern firm theory regards an enterprise as an economic organization which in essence is the aggregation of people and behaves as game between members of enterprises and out of it. That is to say, it reflects the interrelation of members through the control of the property with property right. The carrier of the tissue and system of enterprises acts as members, so the enterprise should be of personality as its members, anthropomorphized enterprises. The analysis in mainstream economy theory doesn' t contain the concepts and logic of sociology and psychology, so the theory is not of personality. Impersonated theories develop sufficiently, as new system economics and other non-mainstream economic theories develop. The start of reform of state-owned enterprises is to solve the problem of the personality of enterprises, so is its end.
