摘要
着重探讨企业高层决策者感知的非确定性与企业战略行为之间的关系,在建立感知的非确定性与企业战略行为的理论基础上,对27个工业企业进行实证研究,证实了企业决策者对外部环境信息的理解程度,即感知的非确定性是影响企业战略行为的重要因素。主要结论为:感知能力强的企业,在客观环境越复杂,变化越快的情况下,往往倾向于采取进攻型战略,注重战略决策过程的分析,而感知能力弱的企业,在同样的环境变化情况下,往往采取防御型战略,并且在战略决策的选择过程中依赖直觉及经验。
The paper discusses the relations of the perceiced uncertainty of senior decision makers and strate-gic behaviors of enterprises. On the basis of the theoretical hypotheses of the perceived uncertainty andstrategic behavior,the field study has been done on 27 enterprises. The result shows that the degree ofunderstanding external environment information by decision makers is one of key factors on strategicbehaoiors of enterprises. The main findings are enterprises with strong perceiced abilities generally takeoffensive strategies and emphasize the analysis of the decision making as the objective environments be-coming more complex and changable:whereas the enterprises with weak perceived abilities genarallytake defensive strategies and rely on intution and experiences in decisionmaking.
