摘要
鲁南海岸的范围，系指从两城河口至绣针河口这段海岸。从两城河口至绣针河口海岸全长70公里，行政区划属山东省日照县范围(图1)。本区海岸从物质组成上虽属较平直的砂砾质、基岩港湾式海岸，但湾外目前已多被砂埙、泻湖围封，故也可视为砂坝、泻湖岸。
Since the Quaternary period,the coast of this region has been affected not only by the fluctuation of the sea level of the world oceans,but also by the new tectogenesis, resulting very markedly in the uplifted terraces.It was the new tectogenesis upliftings that elevated, during an early stage, the abrasional platform to 10-15 and 5m respectively and one or four rows of ancient sand bars between dried lagoons, he bars in dining to ward the sea.The sedimentary flow of suspended materials originating from the mouth of Liang-Cheng River and Fu-Tan River,travels southwards along the coast all year round and represants the most important force shaping the coast of the section. The bays will finally be filled up and the coast will be straightened, not by erosion, but by deposition. The coast will become a seaeroded and accumulated graded coast or compound graded coast.
