摘要
２０例ＣＯＰＤ患者用ＨＤＰ治疗１０ｄ，症状减轻，肺呼吸音增强。ＶＴ增加２５．１７％，ＶＥ增加３５．４９％，均显著高于对照组。ＰａＯ２增加１９．３２％，ＳａＯ２％亦显著增加，无ＣＯ２潴留，提示ＨＤＰ治疗可显著改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者的呼吸功能。
Twenty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have been treated by using HDP for ten days. Their symptoms were alleviated, breath sound of lung was increased. VT was increased by 25. 17% , VE was increased by 35. 49%.SaO2 was increased markedly, too; there was no retention of CO2. These results suggest that HDP can obviously improve the pulmonary ventilation function of the patients with COPD.
