摘要
应用统计拟合的方法,确定了费用与可靠度和质量与可靠度的函数关系,提出了相对可靠度的概念.在系统总可靠度和各分系统费用、质量配额给定的条件下,建立了系统可靠性的数学模型,确立了各分系统可靠度与费用、质量及系统的级数之间的关系.应用离散型极大值原理,设计和分配了各分系统的可靠度.通过实例计算表明,本文提出的这种可靠性优化设计方法,是一种具有工程应用价值的较简便的新方法.
In system design in China,it is now necessary to so select reliabilities of subsystems as to ensurethe attainment of specified system reliability.This paper comes from work done on subsystems of an actual engineering system. In this actualsystem, the following important decisions were alrealy made: the overall design, the cost and mass allocation of each subsystem.The next logical question to be answered is naturally:how should the reliabilities of all the subsystems be selected In 1990-1993, papers dealing with the above category of problems such as Reference[4] stillemploy well known statistical methods.In this paper,the statistical methods in the book by Tillmanet al[1] are made use of. For determination of reliabilitics of subsystems, Eqs.(1), (18) and (34 ̄36)are derived by the authors.These equations have already been used in the actual engineering system.
