摘要
以ＰＸ－７００生殖激素制剂对配种１４ｄ后的９７头次母猪进行早期妊娠诊断，妊娠母猪和未妊母猪诊断的准确率均达到１００％．未因以本法检测而造成妊娠母猪流产，母猪产仔率及仔猪发育均正常。检出的未妊母猪在给药５ｄ内即正常发情，配种后受胎率和产仔率亦均正常。表明本方法具有妊娠诊断和诱发发情的双重效果。
swines in 14 days after mating were diagnotised with an agent of re-productive hormone.The accurate rates of the diagnosis for pregnant and nonpregnantswines were both 100%. Abortion caused by the treatment never occured.The farrowing rates of the swines and the subsequent development of pigs were normal.Meanwhilethe nonpregnant ones diagnotised via this way showed their estrus within 5 days afterinjection of the agent.The abnormality of conceiving rate and farrowing rate after mat-ing were not found.Therefore,this treatment had a double-effect on both pregnancy di-agnosis and induced estrus.
