摘要
对Ogucms结球白菜雄性不育系花器构造和花药发育细胞学的系统研究结果表明,Ogucms3411-7雄蕊完全花瓣化;花药发育受阻于四分体到单核花粉形成之间,同时,伴随有花药形状畸变,药室位置不固定,药隔维管束发育不健全,中层细胞不退化,绒毡层细胞明显肥大等异常现象。
The constructure of floral organs and the cytological morphology features in the devel-opment of anther and microsporogenesis of allocytoplasm male sterile line Ogucms 3411-7derved from a male sterile line of radish(Raphanus sativus L. )and transferred ms to Chinesecabbage(Brassica campestris ssp.pekinensis)have been studied in comparison with those ofits maintainer 3411-7.The results showed that the stamen of Ogucms 3411-7 has beenpetaloid competely and the anther development of it meet with various obstruction during thestage of tetrad to the formation of uninclear pollen,such as,the hypertrophy of tapetum;mid-dle layer remains all the time during the development of microspore;the development of vas-cular bundle is not perfect and so on, It is considered that the microspore abnormalities is re-lationship with the untrition supply.
