老年人迟发性癫痫的病因和CT诊断 被引量：1

摘要 对老年人迟发性癫痫的研究,国内少见报道。本文总结2年来我院见到和检查的59例老年人迟发性癫痫,对其病因和颅脑CT诊断进行讨论。 一、临床资料 1985年4月至1987年9月,我院门诊或住院治疗的59例60岁以后起病的老年迟发性癫痫患者(男44例,女15例)。年龄60～87岁,病程1天～17年。癫痫的确诊系根据临床表现。36例(61.0％)表现为全身性发作,17例(28.8％)为简单部分性发作,5例(8.5％)为复杂部分性发作,1例(1.
