浮游植物对海水溶油净化作用的初步研究

摘要 本文研究了海水中溶油对骨条藻、角毛藻,三角褐指藻、金藻、甲藻、杜氏盐藻的生长影响。结果表明杜氏盐藻、三角褐指藻、甲藻等在含油海水中9天左右达到最高含量,且在17天左右仍维持最高含量,表明这些藻的耐油性较好。这些耐油藻使海水中石油含量下降3—6倍,表明它们对海水中溶油有净化作用。 Phytoplankton is known to be able to grow in oil-polluted sea water. These experiments investigated whether the microalgae cultures had the effect of altering the levels of oil content in sea water. Unialgal cultures of 4 species were grown in sea water contaminated with the Shengli crude oil. Algal culture media filtered from oil-contaminated sea water and the same oil-contamianted medium without algal culture were analyzed for oil concentrations over 15 days. The oil concentration in the algae-free water decreased during the first 9 days and then decreased slightly faster. Starting from equivalent initial levels, the oil concentrations in the algal culture medium were found to be lower than that of the algae-free medium during the first 9 to 12 days. An obvious increase of the oil levels in the culture media then occured with all 4 species. It is possible that this result is actually a measurement of the increase of dissolved organic compounds secreted by the algae in the ageing batch cultures.
