摘要
对宽叶独行菜（ＬｅｐｉｄｉｕｍｌａｔｉｆｏｌｉｕｍＬ．）不同物候期的蛋白质、１７种氨基酸进行了分析测定。同时对其不同器官中的蛋白质、氨基酸及１７种矿质元素和氨基酸含量的动态规律进行了研究，讨论了其作为青饲料的开发利用前景。
Lepidium latifolium L. is a wild plant.It is abundant at northwest China. It has been stud-ied on the changes of protein and 17 amino acid content in different development periods.And al-so has been studied on the 17 mineral content in different organ. The content of protein andamino acid reached 24.4%,10.5%in vegetative periods. This plant may be a protein resourcesin broad prospect.
