摘要
基于在硫酸介质中 ,甲醛对溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的促进作用 ,建立了测定微量甲醛的催化动力学光度法。本方法线性范围为 0 .0 2 2— 1.4 5 3μg·m L-1,其浓度水平为 0 .72 7μg· m L-1甲醛的 4次平行测定的RSD为 4 .4 8%。利用此法测定了水发食品牛百叶和虾仁中甲醛的含量 ,结果和国标的乙酰丙酮比色法所测结果一致。
A novel catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of for maldehyde was developed is based on the acceleration effect of formaldehyd e on the oxidation reaction of methyl orange by bromate ions in sulphuric acid m edium.The linear range is 0.022—1.453μg·mL -1 of formaldehyde.The RSD fo r a 0.727μg·mL -1 sample is 4.48%.The method has been applied to the dete rmination of free formaldehyde in the water-bloated food product with satisfact ory results.
