摘要
在微乳液 CTAB- C5H11OH- H2 O体系中对维生素 C(抗坏血酸 )片剂进行紫外分光光度法测定 ,最大吸收波长为 2 6 3nm,线性范围为 0 .86— 17.3μg/ m L。方法操作简便快速 ,准确度高 ,测定结果与药典法相符。
Vitamine C in tablet was determined by UV-Spectrophotometry in the microemulsi on system CTAB\|C 5H 11 OH\|H 2O.The maximam absorption wavelength of the system is 263nm. A good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0.86—17.3μg/mL.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and the results are in good accordance with drug stardard method of analysis.
