摘要
决策本身有其基本规律,只有认识这些规律,才有可能对决策产生影响的诸多因素进行有效控制。信息数量、信息质量、分权程度、激励机制等等,都直接影响决策准确性和决策效率。通过分析决策基本过程,针对集团公司的主要功能,结合组织机构设计的基本要求,提出了集团公司组织机构设计模型。人是决策的关键,要做事、先选人,这是最为重要的决策。
Decision-making follows its own distinctive rules, and only by understanding such rules can effective control be enforced over the multitude of factors with potential impact on the decision-making process. The amount and quality of information, the level of delegation of authority and the incentive scheme etc-all exert direct bearing on the accuracy and efficiency of the decision-making process. This paper analyzes the typical decision-making process, and outlines the basic requirements applicable to the organization structure set-up. The paper identifies the organization structure model associated with large corporations. Human element is the key, and right people must be chosen to perform the job. That is the most important decision to be made in this context.
