摘要
分析了利用行为学和电生理学方法记录革胡子鲇触须味觉反应的实验技术。证明摄食行为的浓度-反应量和神经放电的相对反应强度,可以作为定量分析鉴定促摄饵物质和评定味觉功能的有效指标,在研究鱼类味觉反应特性的实验基础上,讨论了各种实验技术的难点和应用价值。
Some experimental techniques are descried on the use of the be havioral and electrophysiological approach to detect responses of the barbel to the gustatory stimuli in Clarias Leather.It is demonstrated that the measurement of the stimulant concentration-valure of feeding behaviour;the relative integrat-ing values of nervous impulses can be considered as valuable indices for the quantitative bioassay andassessment of fish′s gustatory function and feeding activator.We have also described results of laborato-ry studies,and discussed the advantages and problems associated with various techniques based on ourexperiments.
