摘要
为深入了解气固两相流的瞬态特性,对出口内径为10mm的气固两相自由射流流场进行了PIV实验研究,同时应用Fluent软件对其进行了数值计算加以对比。对实验和数值计算的气固两相速度场和固相浓度场的分析发现,气固两相射流中,固相的分散度小于气相,两相间存在明显的滑移速度;固相粒子集中在射流轴线附近,在射流中的扩散小于气相。
The instantaneous characteristics of gas-solid two-phase free jet flow was investigated with a 10-mm-diameter jet using experiment method of particle imaging velocimetry(PIV) and numerical simulation. From the instastaneous velocity fields in both gas and solid phase and the concentration distributions of the solid phase achieved by both experiment and numerical computation, it can be found that the dispersion of solid phase is lower than gas phase, there is obvious slip velocity between them and the solid particles distribute near the axis of jet flow.
