摘要
采用钠-萘处理液对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔薄膜进行表面改性,改性后PTFE薄膜表面形成了一层粗糙的处理层。表面元素分析表明薄膜表面F元素含量显著降低;接触角和剪切强度测试表明处理液浓度0.4mol/L为最佳处理条件,薄膜的亲水性和粘结性能都得到了明显的改善。
Adopt the solution of sodium-naphthalene to modify the PTFE micropore membrane and form a layer of loose crust on the surface of the PTFE micropore membrane. The EDS analysis indicates the content of the F element in the membrane surface falls notably. The test of contact angle and shearing strength shows 0.4 mol/L is the optimal condition, under which the hydrophilicity and adhesiveness of the membrane have got an obvious improvement.
