摘要
油菜素甾醇(BR)和抗坏血酸(Vc)配合施用,对提高水稻幼苗抗寒力的效果优于2者单独施用。低温冷害前后喷洒0.lmg/L BR+100mg/L Vc可有效地降低电解质渗漏率,促进可溶性糖和脯氨酸的积累,对冷害后幼苗恢复生长,提高叶绿素和蛋白质含量,增强根系活力与发根力有明显效果。
Cold resistance of a hybrid rice variety (D You 63) and a traditional variety (Fujiang 2) was investigated when their seedlings were sprayed with brassinosteroid (BR) and/or ascorbic acid (Vc) before and after low temperature condition. Both BR and Vc promoted the cold resistance of the seedlings. 0. 1 mg/kg BR in combination with 100 mg/kg Vc resulted in a faster recovery from chilling injury than BR or Vc alone. The seedlings showed a greater growth rate, and higher chlorophyll and protein contents and rooting ability. The leakage of cell electrolytes was also remarkably lower, accompanied by an increase in soluble sugar and free proline.
