摘要
本文用成对比较、偏相关分析、逐步回归分析和通径分析等方法研究了73对T型不育系(A)和保持系(B)的穗颈长、株高与其构成因素的关系和T型胞质效应。结果表明,T型胞质对普通小麦的穗颈长、穗长、第一、二节间均有显著效应,且所考察性状还存在核质工作效应。T型胞质的输入,使普通小麦的穗长和各节间长与株高和穗颈的关系发生了较大变化。但A、B系对应性状均呈极显著正相关,A系各性状的改善还依赖于所选择的保持系性状的好坏。
A study of influence of T-type cytoplasm from(T.timop heevi)on plant characteristics and their relationship in wheat was studied.73 pairs stepwise regression and path analyses showed that there was significant.T-type cytoplasmic effect on the neck length of spike,length of spike,first and second internodes,and nucleus-cytoplasm interaction were also occured in all the characters;T-type cytoplasm would change the relationships among the components of wheat plant.However,the correlative relationship of responding characters between A and B lines were positive and highly significant.So ,the proper materials (B-line)should be screened to get good A-line.
