摘要
本文对以非离子型表面活性剂(SX—1)与其它表面活性剂所形成的两元混合体系在发泡性能上的协合作用作了试验研究.从十二种不同类型的表面活性剂中筛选出了在发泡能力和泡沫稳定性上具有协合作用的四种表面活性剂.同时,考察了它们在无机盐存在时的发泡性能、综合发泡能力和泡沫稳定性,得出了最佳的SX—1与SAS构成的二元混合体系,并对该体系的协合作用作了一定的理论解释.本研究对于表面活性剂在油气田开发和日用化工中的应用具有一定的参考价值.
A laboratory study of cooperative effect on foaming performance of binary surfactant blending system is made in this Paper. Four surfactants with better foaming properties in cooperation with a main foaming agent (SX-1) are picked out from 12 different sorts of surfactants. The foaming performance of those binary blending systems is determined simultaneourly in the presence of inorganic salts. After comprehensive surveying the foamability and foam stability,the best binaty surfactant blending system, SX-1 and SAS, has been given,and the excellent cooperative effect of this system has been explained theoretilcally. This study,moreover,has certain practical significance in the exploitation of oil and gas fields. and in surfactant industry.
