摘要
将颗粒形貌及粒度不同的2种仲钨酸铵(APT),按工业生产条件,进行掺杂钨丝生产的对比试验。结果发现:当APT的平均粒度为40~45μm,且具有多个晶块嵌镶成类球状的形貌特征时,可以进一步改善掺杂钨丝的综合性能。
According to the condition of industrial production, contrast tests have been made for the doped tungsten production by using two kinds of Ammonium Paratungstates (APT)of different particle sizes and shapes. The results showed that the synthetical properttes can be futher improved for the doped tungaten wires if the APT powders have an mean size of 4050μm and consist of multi-crystal globular blocks.
