摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤基本情况和手术方式与乳头状甲状腺癌术后复发的关系 ,以便减少术后复发。方法 本研究对 1997～ 2 0 0 0年经手术治疗的 10 2例乳头状甲状腺癌术后复发患者共31例进行回顾性分析。结果 术后复发与肿瘤情况、淋巴结转移、手术方式密切相关。结论 应结合肿瘤情况、淋巴结转移情况选择手术方式 ,以便减少术后复发。
Objective To research the relationship between the manner of surgery and postoperative recurrence of papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid. Methods Thirty-one postoperative recurrence cases of papillary adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively . Results There was a close relationship between postoperative recurrence and the condition of lymph node, metastasis as well as operative manner. Conclusions Operation manner should be selected depending on the condition of tumor. Postoperative recurrence is the main reason of therapeutic failure.
