摘要
高速加工技术是当今机械制造业中迅速发展的高新技术 ,广泛的应用到模具制造中 ,能极大地提高模具加工效率和质量。从高速加工的特点出发 ,论述了Cimatron软件的一般编程过程 ,分析了该软件的高速加工功能及走刀策略 ,归纳了型腔模数控加工的常用方法。
High-speed machining, as a high and new technology, has developed rapidly in the machinery industries and applied to the mold manufacturing extensively which increases the machining efficient and quality of die cavity greatly. Based on the characteristics of high-speed machining, the programming process with Cimatron software is illustrated while the software functions and tool-path strategies of high machining are analyzed. The common methods of the cavity mold NC machining are also summarized in this paper.
