摘要
目的:探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性病的护理。方法:对本院住院42例HIE患儿通过改善缺氧,合理喂养,维持体温,早期抚触,早期干预措施。结果:1例早产儿合并肺出血放弃治疗,41例HIE患儿住院期间恢复快且无并发症发生。结论:护理是HIE综合治疗的关键性环节。
Objective To explore the nursing of the newborn with HIE. Methods By improving the supply of oxygen, feeding rationally,maintaining temperature and earlier handling, 42 cases of HIE in our hospital were treated. Results One case was given up for combined lung bleeding while 41 cases recovered soon without complications. Conclusion Nursing is the critical part of treating HIE.
