摘要
探讨剖宫产术后母婴护理问题。通过观察分析,认为术后产妇由于受疼痛、禁食、睡眠欠佳等因素影响,乳汁分泌较顺产产妇少。我院采取一系列措施如早接触、减轻术后疼痛、心理支持及健康教育等提高剖宫产术后纯母乳喂养率,效果显著。
To explore the nursing care of newborn with caesarean operation. Milk secreting of lying-in women are less than that of natural labor's. It is believed that measures like handling earlier, easing suffering and psychotherapy should be taken and remarkable effects would be achieved.
