摘要
以安阳膨润土为原料 ,采用污染最小化工艺水热合成了 4A分子筛 ,产品白度为 89%、粒度 (<4μm)为 90 %,钙离子交换能力为2 92mgCaCO3/g干 4A,质量和性能已达国内同类产品的水平。该工艺大幅度降低了生产成本 ,使污染达最小化。
In this paper,4A molecular sieve was synthesized with Anyang bentonite under minimized pollution technical conditions.The whiteness and particulate size of 4A molecular sieve reaches 89%and 90% respectively with a cation-exchange capacity of 292mg CaCO3/g 4A .Also the product quality and properties are as well as the same kind of product in our country,more over, this technology not only reduces the cost, but also minimizes pollution.
