特异性酶反应在食源性致病菌检测中的应用 被引量:23

摘要 在食源性致病菌的快速检测中近来发展了一种新的技术,其原理是使用适当的荧光或显色底物,在细菌特异性酶作用下,产生荧光或显示一定颜色。这种用紫外灯观察细菌产生的荧光或直接观察菌落颜色的快速分析法,可以把检测、计数和鉴定一次完成。应用荧光或显色酶底物来检测微生物专一性和特异性的方法,推动了食源性致病菌的鉴定以及早期筛选培养基一系列技术的发展。这些基于酶的试验方法具有简便、快速、准确和检出率高的优点。
