摘要
目的探讨糖皮质激素和丹参对肺纤维化治疗的高分辨CT(HRCT)表现和病理变化. 资料与方法将18只博莱霉素性羊肺纤维化模型分为氢化可的松组、丹参组、未治疗对照组,每组6只羊;另取6只羊作为健康对照组.博莱霉素复制模型后2~28 d给药,以一定的时间间隔(每周1次,共4次)行HRCT检查,并取肺作组织病理学检查. 结果和对照组相比,氢化可的松组和丹参组的HRCT和病理均显示肺纤维化程度较轻;以丹参组纤维化减轻程度明显. 结论糖皮质激素和丹参能抑制博莱霉素所致肺纤维化的形成,HRCT检查可对肺纤维化的治疗效果作出正确的评价.
Objective To investigate high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) findings and Pathology of the effect of adrenal cortical hormones and salvia miltiorrhiza in treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Materials and Methods The bleomycin- induced pulmonary fibrosis in goats (18 goats) were divided into 3 groups: hydrocortisone, salivia miltiorrhiza and untreated animal groups. Another 6 goats were served as normal control. Treatment was started from 2 to 28 days. Sequential HRCT examinations were performed at regular intervals (one time per week, totally 4 times). The lung specimens were removed for pathological examination.Results Compared with untreated animal groups, the CT imaging and histologic study of hydrocortisone and salivia miltiorrhiza groups revealed a slightly degree of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis. The degree of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in salivia miltiorrhiza group was slightest in all groups. Conclusion Adrenal cortical hormones and salivia miltiorrhiza can suppress pulmonary fibrosis. HRCT may evaluate correctly the effect of drugs on pulmonary fibrosis.
