Analysis of driver’s traffic injuries on Shenyang-Dalian highway

摘要 目的 总结沈阳-大连高速公路(以下简称沈大高速公路 )驾驶员交通伤的特点及规律。 方法 采取流行病学调查方法,收集 1990-2001年沈大高速公路交通事故原始记录,经计算机处理有关数据。 结果 沈大高速公路 12年间发生交通事故 2 384起,伤亡驾驶员占伤亡总人数的 38. 45% (1 321 /3 436)。胸部创伤居首位,占创伤部位总数的 30. 44% (869 /2 855)。颅脑伤居致死原因首位,占 38. 73% (158 /408)。 结论 高速公路驾驶员创伤比非驾驶员严重,驾驶员胸部是事故防护与救护的重点关注对象。 Objective To summarize the characteristics and rules of driver’s traffic injuries on highways in China. Methods Epidemiological investigation was adopted to collect original records of traffic crashes occurred on Shenyang-Dalian highway from 1990 to 2001. The data were then processed by digital information processing technology. Results There were 2 384 traffic accidents on this highway during 12 years altogether. Among all the casualties, drivers accounted for (38.45%) ((1 321/3 436).) Thoracic trauma was of the highest occurrence in the proportion of injured parts, accounting for 30.44% (869/2 855). Among all the dead drivers caused by crashes, cranium-brain trauma ranked the first lethal reason, accounting for 38.73% (158/408). Conclusions Drivers are more severely injured than other passengers in highway traffic crashes. The focus of crash prevention and medical rescue should be concentrated on driver’s chest.
