摘要
首次报道了乌骨绵羊的发现过程和分布状况,并对其生活环境、外貌和解剖特征作了描述。IR光谱研究结果表明,乌骨绵羊黑色素的基本结构与乌骨鸡基本一致,主要是真黑色素。黑色素在乌骨绵羊组织器官中的沉积表现出明显的时(年龄)空(组织器官)差异,即随着年龄的增加,组织器官中的黑色素含量也随之增加;各组织器官中黑色素含量高低顺序为肝脏>气管、心脏、肾脏>脾脏、肺>舌、肌肉、皮肤>骨骼,与乌骨鸡的沉积模式有所不同。
We reported the discovery and distribution of Black-bone Sheep firstly, and described their living environment, color and anatomy characteristics. By using the technology of IR spectrum, the result showed that the basic structure of melanin of Black-bone Sheep is similar to silky fowl, and the mainly composition is eumelanin. The deposition of melanin of Black-bone Sheep in tissues and organs showed the differences between the age and space (tissues and organs). As a result, the contents of melanin in different tissues and organs would be increased as ages increasing. The contents of melanin ranking from high to low are liver, trachea, heart, kidney, spleen, lung, tongue, muscle, skin, and bone, respectively. The model of deposition in Black-bone Sheep isn't same to silky fowl.
