摘要
国内在进行隔爆型电气设备外壳耐压试验时 ,多采用水压试验 ,这样模拟零部件实际装配状态的功能就需要有水压试验工装来保证 ,结合这方面几种典型的工装结构及其特点进行了介绍。
Mostly the hydraulic pressure test is conducted as the reference test value when the enclosure of flameproof electrical equipment is subjected to the withstand strength test. In this test, it is requested to be tested under the condition of actual assemble state. Thus, tool set-up is used to simulate the actual assembly of the each part in place. This article presents several representative tool set-up structures and features, in order to indicate the key points in this test.
