摘要
真鲷仔鱼视网膜在孵后3d功能化,变态以前,仔鱼眼睛为纯视锥视网膜.孵后28d,视杆细胞出现,单锥细胞开始融合为双锥细胞;同时,暗适应条件下的色素指数明显下降,视网膜运动反应出现,当发育到46d视网膜中单锥细胞和双锥细胞的排列已呈方形镶嵌,视锥细胞密度由3d时的44个/100μm降为46d的19个/100μm,眼睛的焦距由3d时的0.057mm增加到46d的0.60mm,代表现敏度的最小分辨角由3d的237’降为46d的66’.
The visual system of the red sea bream larva becomes functional at 3 dafter hatching.There is only a pure-cone retina in larva up to metamorphosis. At 28 d,therods appear,the size of some single cones alter,and then fuse and form twin cones,theretinomotor responses appear at the same time,At 46 d,a well-differentiated retina developswith single cones,twin cones and rods,and Cones arrange in a square mosaic pattern. Thedensity of cones declines with age from 44 nos. /100μm at 3 d to 19 nos. /100μmat 46d.Butthe focal length of eyes increases with age from 0.057 mm at 2 d to 0.60 mm at 46 d afterhatching.And the acuity(expressed as minimum separable angle)improves with age fromabout 237’at 3 d to 66’at 46 d.
