摘要
本文从指挥决策的需求出发 ,根据决策者提出的模糊偏好要求 ,结合情报满意度和情报在各属性上的达成程度 ,提出了一种新的情报筛选方法。利用此方法 ,情报人员可有针对性地为决策者提供有效的情报 ,为实施快速、有效的指挥决策创造了一定条件。
Proceeding from the requirement of command and decision and in accordance with t he fuzzy preference requirement raised by the decision-makers,this article desc ribes a new method of intelligence filtering,which combines the satisfactory deg ree of intelligence with the achieving degree of intelligence in each attribute. Using this method,the intelligence agents can provide useful intelligence and cr eate certain conditions for realizing rapid and efficient command and decision m aking.
