摘要
凝集素(Lectin)是一类可使细胞凝集的蛋白质或糖蛋白.包括微生物凝集素、植物凝集素、动物凝集素,它们在科学的多个领域中均有重要应用价值.不同来源凝集素的特点、分布及作用机制各不相同.凝集素有促有丝分裂、细胞识别、抗虫、抗病毒等诸多方面的作用.
Lectin is a kind of protein or glycoprotein which can agglutinate cells. It comprises of microbial lectins, plant lectins and animal lectins which are significant and valuable in many fields of science. The characteristics, distribution and mode of action in vary lectins are different. The function of lectins includes karyokinesis promoting, cell recognization, insect-resistance, antivirus and so on.
