摘要
以土桥水库除险加固施工监理的方法及成果为例,论述了监理工程师在工程施工监理中如何做好开工前准备工作,维护业主与承包商利益,如何主动、灵活地控制工程质量。
Taking the practice and achievements of construction supervision for Tuqiao reservoir reinforcement project as example, the author demonstrated how supervising engineers to prepare well prior to start of engineering construction, how to protect the benefits of enduser and contractor, and how to actively and flexibly control construction quality during construction.
