摘要
通过红外光谱、广角X射线衍射和DSC等研究了硬脂酸钙-硬脂酸锌的结构,结果显示,硬脂酸钙与硬脂酸锌熔融共混时,其红外光谱上的特征峰、晶体结构和熔点均发生了明显的变化,表明硬脂酸钙与硬脂酸锌形成了复合物,并提出了可能的复合物结构。动态热稳定实验结果表明,硬脂酸钙-硬脂酸锌复合物对聚氯乙烯的稳定化具有明显的协同作用,聚氯乙烯热稳定时间得到明显提高。通过红外光谱表征了聚氯乙烯/硬脂酸钙-硬脂酸锌复合物体系在热降解过程中复合物结构的变化,探讨了复合物对聚氯乙烯稳定化的机理。
The structure of CaSt_2-ZnSt_2 was studied by FT-IR, X-ray and DSC. The experimental results show that CaSt_2 and ZnSt_2 formed complex during melt blending, which can be proved by the remarkable changes of characteristic peaks on FT-IR, crystal structures and melting points of CaSt_2 and ZnSt_2. The possible structure of complex is proposed according to the development of structure. The dynamic thermal stability test indicates that CaSt_2-ZnSt_2 has synergism on the thermal stability of PVC and prolong the thermal stability time for PVC. The mechanism of CaSt_2-ZnSt_2 complex stabilizing PVC based on the changes of structure of CaSt_2-ZnSt_2 complex on FT-IR during melt blendy of PVC with CaSt_2-ZnSt_2 complex was also investigated in this paper.
