摘要
研究了气相色谱法测定食品中异丙甲草胺的样品前处理方法.样品用80%的甲醇水溶液超声波提取,正己烷萃取,PT-硅镁吸附剂色谱预处理小柱净化,配比为2:1的正己烷和乙醚混合液用作洗脱液,气相色谱法检测.最低检出限为0.0016mg/kg,样品加标回收率为94.0%~99.0%,RSD为1.0%~5.4%.
A pretreatment method of samples for the determination of metolachlor in food by gas chromatography is studied. Samples are extracted by 80% of methanol-water solution with ultrasonic and by normal hexane, then purified by chromatography pretreatment little column. The eluant was the mixed solution of normal hexane and ether with the volume ratio of 2:1. The detection limit is 0.0016mg/kg. The recovery rate of sample ranges from 94.0% to 99.0% and RSD is 1.0%-5.4%.
