摘要
利用湖北省钟祥累托石作为合成堇青石的主要原料,主要研究了堇青石熟料对合成堇青石性能的影响.试验表明:加入30%堇青石熟料的坯料性能最好,且合成温度低,合成的堇青石机械强度高,热稳定性好,热膨胀系数为2.934×10-6/℃(Rt~1000℃).
Rectorites were used as the main raw materials for synthesis of cordierite honeycomb ceramics. The influences of grog on the properties of cordierites are studied. The results indicate that the properties of the mixture of 30% grog are the best, and sintered temperature is lower. The strength and thermal shock of cordierite ceramics are high, and the CET(t_R~1 000℃)is (2.934)×10^(-6)/℃.
