核因子κB的分子生物学特性及其在炎症反应中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 核因子κB是一类重要的转录调控因子,它在炎症与免疫反应中发挥重要作用。一般情况下,核因子κB与其蛋白抑制物IκB结合成非活性状态存在于细胞浆中。被刺激物激活后,核因子κB转入核内,诱导基因转录,并且通过反馈环路导致炎症过程的放大和持续。因此,抑制核因子κB的活性,在炎症的治疗中具有显著的应用价值。 Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) is an important translation regulators. It plays important effect on inflammatory reaction. In the general condition,NF-κB combines with IκB .When NF-κB is activated by stimulators,it comes into nucleolus from cytoplasm, then it induces gene expression. Through feedback circuit,NF-κB can keep and enlarge the inflammatory reaction. So that,it will have prominent values in inflammatory therapy when the activation of NF-κB is inhibited.
