摘要
针对58SiMn高强度钢材料,在改造的CE7132A仿形正交车铣机床上进行了一系列的正交车铣表面粗糙度试验,分析研究了正交车铣高强度钢时切削用量与表面粗糙度之间的关系.研究结果表明:正交车铣高强度钢能够以比普通车削、铣削更高的加工效率获得很小的表面粗糙度.
Aiming at 58SiMn high strength steel, a series of surface roughness experiment have been achieved on the rebuilt CE7132A modeling machine, and also analyzed the nexus between surface roughness and cutting regime in machining high strength steel by orthogonal turn-milling. The conclusion can be drawn that low surface roughness can be gained by higher efficiency of orthogonal turn-milling than turning and milling.
