摘要
目的 :研究茶多酚 (TP)对石英粉尘、烟溶液所致大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为 5组 ,检测各组大鼠血液中一氧化氮 (NO)、丙二醛 (MDA)和肺胶原的含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的活性。结果 :大鼠染粉尘与烟溶液后 ,NO、MDA和肺胶原含量明显升高 (与对照组比较 :P<0 .0 1) ,GSH- Px、SOD、CAT活性显著下降 (与对照组比较 :P<0 .0 1) ,喂饲 TP后各值均趋向正常。结论 :茶多酚可以拮抗粉尘及烟溶液中有害物质引起的脂质过氧化损害 ,提高机体抗氧化酶的活性。
Objective:To study the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) on oxidative damages induced by silicon and cigarette smoking solution(CSS) in rats. Methods:Wistar rats were used in this study and divided into 5 groups at random. The contents of nitric oxide (NO), malanyldiaehyde (MDA), giutathione peroxidease (GSH-Px), superoxiet dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) in blood and contents of pulmonary collage in lung tissue were detected.Results:After the rats were exposed to silicon and CSS, the level of NO, MDA in blood and contents of pulmonary collage in lung tissue increased obviously(compared with control:P<0.01), the activities of GSH-Px , SOD, CAT decreased obviously(compared with control:P<0.01). These indexes tended to normal after taking TP.Conclusions:TP can prevent oxidative damages and intensify activities of antioxidant enzyme.
