摘要 目的:观察显微镜下小梁切除术远期疗效。方法:对实施小梁切除术31例(37眼)进行临床总结,术后的早期散瞳,术中精确定位,巩膜瓣缝合适中,对术前眼压控制不良者,做前房穿刺口。结果:随访2a,手术成功29例(35眼),失败2例(2眼)。结论:显微镜下小梁切除术并发症少,手术成功率高。 AIM: To evaluate the long-term effect of trabeculectomy under microscope on treating glaucoma.· METHODS: Trabeculectomy was taken in 31 cases (37 eyes) and the results were summarized. Factors such as early application of mydriatic after operation, precise positing during operation, moderate suture of sclera lamella and paracentesis of anterior chamber for refractory high intraocular pressure before operation, may affect the results of treatment.· RESULTS: During the follow-up of 2a, the operation turned to be successful in 29 cases ( 35 eyes) and failed in the other 2 cases (2 eyes).· CONCLUSION: Trabeculectomy under microscope has no severe complication or trauma, with high success rate.·
