摘要 目的 制备干扰素α2b脂质体 ,分析其理化性质。方法 采用旋转逆相蒸发法制备干扰素α2b脂质体 ,通过正交试验进行制备条件的优选 ,电镜观察其粒径大小 ,酶联免疫分析法测定包封率 ,并观察脂质体的稳定性。结果 干扰素α2b脂质体平均粒径为 98. 6nm ,最高包封率为 78 .2 3% ,脂质体存放于 4℃及 - 2 0℃稳定性良好。结论 本试验方法制备的脂质体包封率高 ,理化性质较稳定。 Objective To prepare IFNα2b liposome and stu dy i ts physiochemical property.Methods Prepare interferon liposome by reverse rotary evaporation.Observe the grain size of the prepared IFNα2b lip osome by electron microscopy.Determine the envelopment rate by ELISA and observe the stability of liposome.Results The mean grain size of prepa red IFNα2b liposome was 98 6 nm,and the maximum envelopment rate was 78 23%.T he liposome showed good stability at both 4℃ and -20℃.Conclusion The prepared IFNα2b liposome showed high envelopment rate and stable physio chemical property. [
