摘要
应用扫描电镜、光学显微镜和光谱分析等手段,分析了 RZG45 熔模精密铸件产生脆性断裂的原因。结果表明,铸件的断裂系由呈链状沿晶分布的脆性相所致。提出了消除脆性相的措施。
The analysis of fracture failure for RZG45 investment casting products were conducted by means of SEM, optical microcope and spectrum analysis, and the essence of the brittle phase was studied. Effective measures have been proposed to remove the brittle phese. The investment casting products have been stopped from breaking thoroughly.
