摘要
本文较系统、全面地介绍了我国自行设计研究的第一台大型CNC三座标测量机.该机为桥式布局形式,传动采用精密谐波减速器的无间隙传动,控制系统为计算机集散型控制系统,具有智能操作盒,配备带计算机误差补偿的三座标基本几何和扩展几何测量数据处理软件,居国内行业领先地位,国际八十年代中期同类产品先进水平.该机的成功研制,对于三座标测量机、测量机器人和自动检测等领域具有进一步推广、开发和应用的普遍现实指导意义。
This paper introduces systematically and. comprehensively the first large CNC CMM designed and developed by our country. The machine is made with large bridge layout. Its transmission system is in the mode of non-clearance transmission of precision harmonic decelerator. Its control system is computer centralized control system with an intelligence operation box. It is also eqipped with the data processing software which can perform basic 3D geometry and geometry measurement. The machine is in the lead in the same circle in our extended country and reaches the international ie.vel of the same types of product in the middle of 1980s. The successful development of the machine has a general guiding meaning in the further popularization, development and application in the areas of CMM, measuring robot and automatic checking.
